Pennie Consumer Assistance
Consumers can now enroll in health and dental coverage for 2021 using Pennie.com, Pennsylvania's new state-based marketplace. Open Enrollment began Nov. 1 and ends on Jan. 15, 2021. Consumers needing assistance in languages other than English can contact the Pennie call center to access the language line. Consumers who leave messages at Pennie for assistance may receive calls from Pennie customer success specialists. These specialists return calls to consumers as late as 8:00 pm daily and on weekends.

Pennie Check-In Call
Every Wednesday during Open Enrollment, PACHC will host a Pennie Check-in Call from 8:30 – 9:00 am. This call is designed to network, get feedback, assist with troubleshooting and ask questions about Assister Pennie enrollments, accounts and reporting. Dial 1-800-220-9875; passcode 15072594.
New Date - Monthly Assister Call
Nov. 18 at 10:00 am will be our Monthly Assister Call where we will go over best practices for Pennie enrollment and review step-by-step processes to better assist our patients and consumers enrolling in health coverage. At this meeting, we will have Scott Yeager, Outreach Manager and Robert Kothe, Problem Manager, to answer any questions Assisters may have about Pennie's website and Assister portal. Randy Browning from Cognosante will also review and discuss the Pennie Enrollment Event and Reporting tool. The tool is utilized by PACHC enrollment assisters to report enrollment and education activities.
