PACHC and its network of Community Health Centers are available to assist you in navigating and enrolling in the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP.  Enrollment Assisters are available throughout Pennsylvania to help you enroll in these programs.  

  • Enroll in the state-based marketplace Pennie during Open Enrollment, Nov. 1, 2021 through Jan. 15, 2022.  Consumers may qualify for a special enrollment period due to a life event, loss of employer sponsored coverage or change in status at any time.
  • Questions about Medical Assistance in Pennsylvania: Did you know benefits under Pennsylvania’s Medical Assistance program may be available to you, even if you were denied in the past?  
  • What type of Medicare coverage is right for you?  Medicare Open Enrollment runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7,  Toll-free PA MEDI Helpline is 1-800-783-7067, all services are free and confidential. Find a location near you.
