PACHC is hosting its PACHC's annual CEO Forum in-person on Aug. 18-19 at the Inn at Leola Village. The two-day CEO Forum will focus on preparing for the future through strategic planning. This training will be presented by two highly recommended speakers, Eric Meade from Whole Mind Strategy Group and David Fields from FORVIS (formerly BKD). View the draft agenda for more details on the training.
Day 1 of the training will give you tools and insights to help prepare for the future. Eric Meade will kick off the training with an interactive exploration of the future of community health centers in a post COVID environment. In the afternoon, David Fields will share the current financial data trends and how they impact future planning for community health centers. Day 1 will conclude with a networking dinner at the Inn at Leola.
Day 2 will give CEOs the space to begin strategic planning by putting together the pieces from the prior day’s presentations. Eric Meade will facilitate the interactive sessions beginning with a discussion on what tactics can be used to impact the trend data. Then we will explore changes to the political environment, societal values and workforce and how they will impact future planning for health centers. We will wrap up the CEO Forum by applying key messages from the sessions to help you in development and implementation of effective strategic plans for your health centers.
Registration is now open for the CEO Forum. There is a $200 registration fee to help PACHC cover the cost of the meeting space and meals for this member event. The overall cost of the forum is a more than $650 value per person. PACHC is supplementing the speaker cost through grant funding to offer a lower registration fee.
