2021 Scenario Planning: Identifying Risk in an Uncertain Environment Webinar

Event date: 2/11/2021 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Export event

PACHC will host the 2021 Scenario Planning: Identifying Risk in an Uncertain Environment Webinar presented by Jonathan Chapman of Capital Link.  The webinar will be held on Thursday, Feb.. 11, 2021 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am.  Health centers continue facing change and must consider the impact of internal and external influences on sustainability. As expectations from Medicaid, HRSA, and various initiatives continue to increase in number and complexity, health centers are responsible for a broader array of services and to more patients. To better prepare for these initiatives, health centers can use readily available information in making data-driven decisions and developing actionable strategies. This session will introduce and clarify various approaches and benefits to scenario planning as well as provide some basic worksheets for their own calculations.
