Well-Being Protocols
Updated Sept. 22, 2021

Because the world has changed, events must change too. We aim to create effective and meaningful events, and to do so safely. The long-term effects of COVID-19 are still to be seen, guidelines for hosting live events are constantly evolving. The current precautions will be taken to help keep everyone safe – from attendees and staff to local hotel employees and vendors. PACHC considers the safety of all those onsite as our top priority.

What does this mean? PACHC encourages all on-site attendees to be vaccinated; however, we respect your personal choices and will be committed to accommodating the well-being needs of everyone by implementing protocols that give all attendees choice as it relates to health and safety. Our expectation is we will all be mindful of our colleagues and practice safety protocols protecting the good of the whole community of attendees.

We will monitor the ever-changing landscape of CDC guidelines. We want you to know our highest priority is creating an environment for all to be comfortable. As we get closer to the event, periodic updates will be provided so you have complete clarity of well-being expectations and protocols.
