Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FHQCs), FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs), and non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).  Our members are unique nonprofit primary care facilities that provide a wide array of services to Pennsylvanians in underserved areas of the state. There are nearly 300 sites in 52 counties serving nearly 900,000 Pennsylvanians.  At these primary care facilities, patients will receive high quality care at a price they can afford with sliding fees based on income and family size.

Mark Your Calendar for UDS Training

Registration is open for the PACHC-hosted annual Uniform Data System (UDS) training, which will be offered virtually this year in a series of three sessions. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report. The series will be held on:

  • Session 1: Dec. 3, 2020 from 9:00 am - 12:15 pm
  • Session 2: Dec. 8, 2020 from 9:00 am - 12:15 pm
  • Session 3: Q&A (Optional) Dec. 10 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am 

The training will focus on understanding the who, what, when, where and how of UDS reporting; discussion of common reporting errors; and review of key resources and supports available. A unique link to join the session will be sent to you directly from GoToWebinar. The same link will be used for the full series.
