FPCN Appointee to Early Learning Council

Stacey Carpenter, Psy.D., Director of Integrated Behavioral Health for Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN)   was recently appointed to serve as a member of the governor's Early Learning Council. The PA Early Learning Council provides ongoing input and advice to the Office of Child Development and Early Learning, ensures the development of early childhood programs that identify and meet the needs of infants and toddlers and their families and assures an integrated approach to the design and delivery of early childhood mental health services across the commonwealth. Dr. Carpenter obtained her doctoral degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is dedicated to educating communities and providers on trauma informed care and improving the social-emotional development among children and families. Congratulations, Dr. Carpenter.
