Congratulations to Pittsburgh's Health Centers

Congratulations to Pittsburgh-based Squirrel Hill Health Center   on the news it received this week that the health center had achieved Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home recognition at both of its locations. With the designation, the health center becomes the 28th health center in Pennsylvania with PCMH recognition, either through NCQA or The Joint Commission. We also extend congratulations to East Liberty Family Health Care Center  for their recent NCQA PCMH renewal recognition as Level 3 and to Primary Care Health Services  for their recent NCQA PCMH renewal recognition as Level 3 for six of their health center sites and Level 2 for two of their health center sites--for both organizations, under the 2014 PCMH Standards. If your health center achieves new or renewed PCMH designation, please let Cheryl Bumgardner at PACHC know. You work hard for these recognitions and we want to share your good news!
