Your Input Needed by Oct. 31

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) has requested NACHC conduct a national health center needs assessment in collaboration with the 20 National Cooperative Agreement (NCA) organizations. To complete the assessment:

  • Reserve the 15-30 minutes necessary to respond
  • If you are a health center CEO or CMO look for the personalized link to the survey you should have received from NRCAssessment@nachc.org on or around Sept. 12, 2018
  • If you hold a position other than CEO or CMO in your health center, complete the assessment via an easy online portal accessible through the NACHC website, or here.

The assessment will be available until Oct. 31, 2018. For more information, please contact KaRon Campbell, Manager, Needs Assessment and Evaluation, at trainings@nachc.org.
