Your Primary Care Media Center

Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FHQCs), FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs), and non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).  Our members are unique nonprofit primary care facilities that provide a wide array of services to Pennsylvanians in underserved areas of the state. There are nearly 300 sites in 52 counties serving over 800,000 Pennsylvanians.  At these primary care facilities, patients will receive high quality care at a price they can afford with sliding fees based on income and family size.

Update Your PACHC Account

Our new website has several features that benefit our members including an interactive Find a Health Center tool, member-only content, peer networking groups and more.  As we approach our largest event of the year, it's important to update your PACHC account.  Before you register for our events, make sure you're affiliated with your organization so you receive our member pricing.  Many health centers have opened new sites this year that need to be listed on our Find a Health Center page.  Ask your PACHC account administrator to update your sites and add new employees.  Follow the instructions for managing your PACHC account to affiliate with an organization or add new sites and employees.  Contact PACHC for assistance managing your account.
