Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FHQCs), FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs), and non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).  Our members are unique nonprofit primary care facilities that provide a wide array of services to Pennsylvanians in underserved areas of the state. There are nearly 300 sites in 52 counties serving over 800,000 Pennsylvanians.  At these primary care facilities, patients will receive high quality care at a price they can afford with sliding fees based on income and family size.

Register Today for FTCA University in PA

Registration is now open for Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) University on June 7-8, 2018 in Harrisburg, PA.  Federal Tort Claims Act University (FTCAU) is an innovative and new training conference organized by the FTCA Division of the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) and the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers and offered to members of the health center community. FTCAU provides a great opportunity for both seasoned and new quality and risk management professionals to learn from experts, leaders, and government officials about FTCA, healthcare quality and risk management, and related subjects. Over the course of two days, attendees will participate in interactive presentations and exercises that are specially geared toward health center grantees in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
