Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FHQCs), FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs), and non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).  Our members are unique nonprofit primary care facilities that provide a wide array of services to Pennsylvanians in underserved areas of the state. There are nearly 300 sites in 52 counties serving over 800,000 Pennsylvanians.  At these primary care facilities, patients will receive high quality care at a price they can afford with sliding fees based on income and family size.

Register for 2017 UDS Training - Hotel Discount Ends Nov. 17

Registration is now open for 2017 Uniform Data System (UDS) training to be held Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at the Best Western Premier, the Central Hotel & Conference Center, 800 East Park Drive, Harrisburg.  Hotel reservations may be made by calling 717-735-9397.  Mention PACHC to get the discount rate of $90.95 + tax; the group discount rate ends Nov. 17. This UDS in-person training is a full day program, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, covering the preparation of the 2017 UDS report, including discussion of the changes that have been made and the definitions necessary to complete the report. The UDS training is aimed at those who are responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements, as well as management and clinical staff who need to understand the definitions and concepts.  The trainer will be Jillian Maccini, who was our trainer last year and received great evaluations.
