Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FHQCs), FQHC Look-Alikes (FQHCLAs), and non-profit Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).  Our members are unique nonprofit primary care facilities that provide a wide array of services to Pennsylvanians in underserved areas of the state. There are nearly 300 sites in 52 counties serving nearly 900,000 Pennsylvanians.  At these primary care facilities, patients will receive high quality care at a price they can afford with sliding fees based on income and family size.

Rx Help Available for Your Older Patients - Learn More July 31

PACHC is hosting a webinar in partnership with the PA Department of Aging to highlight the PACE Program, Pennsylvania's prescription assistance program for older adults. PACHC's monthly Outreach and Enrollment Networking Call/Webinar on Wednesday, July 31 at 10:00 am will discuss the PACE Program that provides a comprehensive prescription drug benefit for qualified older Pennsylvanians, age 65 and over, along with outreach efforts performed at the Benefits Data Trust (BDT) PACE Application Center. Discussion topics will include: program eligibility requirements and benefits; applying to PACE; enrolling in Part D and PACE/PACENET; additional programs for those not qualified for PACE/PACENET, including the Pennsylvania Patient Assistance Program Clearinghouse (PA PAP); and outreach efforts for multi-benefit applications.
